D.A. Adams to distribute Prosecution Manual

Berks County District Attorney John Adams will distribute his new Prosecution Manual at the August 20 meeting of the Berks County Chiefs of Police Association at Stokesay Castle. The district attorney is sponsoring the lunch for this important meeting.
