Non-discrimination

The Berks County Chiefs of Police Association does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.

Support of Political Candidates

(a) By a vote of a majority of a quorum of the Association at a regular monthly meeting, the Association may support platforms and/or policy statements of candidates, for any political office in any election.

(b) The Association shall not endorse any political candidate for any office in any election.
